Global Community should Announce Cancellation of Debt for Countries in the Global South to Help Combat Climate Change

The global community has taken a significant step in addressing the devastating effects of climate change on countries in the Global South. Today,  we request for a joint decision on the cancellation the debt of the world's poorest countries in order to help them cope with the harsh climate change conditions they are facing.

Climate change has affected the world's poorest nations disproportionately, threatening their economic growth and creating an even greater divide between the rich and the poor. The mounting debt of these nations has only worsened the situation, leaving them with limited resources to tackle the challenges posed by climate change.
