CECIC’s annual public forum on food safety in Uganda, presenting findings from Food Watch Uganda monitoring activities. The symposium brings together consumers, smallholder farmers, regulators, and civil society to examine the state of food imports, chemical contamination in local produce, and gaps in labelling enforcement. A dedicated panel on agroecology showcases community-led alternatives to chemically intensive farming. Media partners are invited to amplify findings ahead of policy advocacy submissions.
